Cancellation Policy: As each of our products is tailor-made to your individual preferences, we typically start the production process shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, we kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully. Once the production process has begun, cancellations may not always be possible. However, we are here to assist you to the best of our ability, and we encourage you to get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible should you need to cancel your order.
Returns and Refunds: We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may find it necessary to return a product. Due to the personalized and unique nature of our handcrafted items, returns can be challenging. When a product is personalized, it becomes non-recyclable, non-reusable, and not resellable. Therefore, we may not be able to accept returns for personalized items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If your product does not meet our quality standards or arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us promptly, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
For non-personalized items, we may be able to accept returns under specific conditions.

product with every cut. Before you purchase, please be aware that the product will vary and
change over time. As a result of variations in lighting, monitor/screen settings and the variation in
natural material, images on the website may not be identical the products shipped. Colour or grain
dissatisfaction will not be a valid reason for a return.

For any returned faulty items, we will refund the cost of the shipping in addition to the cost of your Log Book once the item is received and the condition verified by our Customer Support team.
