SHIPPING
Shipping your Aileron Professional Pilot Logbook within UK is at no additional cost. We ship via tracked courier service and we endeavour to have your book arrive within 7-10 working days from the time you place your order. Please be aware that due to the bespoke nature of each book and our made-to-order service, these times may vary.
For shipping outside of the UK but within Europe there is an additional fee of £15 which will be added to the order price upon checkout.
Import Tax and VAT for International and European Orders:When ordering from outside the UK, particularly within Europe, at Aileron, please be aware that import tax and Value Added Tax (VAT) may apply to your international shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices. Import tax, in particular, is payable by the customer and is determined by your country's customs and tax regulations. To understand and prepare for these potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office or government agency. Returning an item
Returns and Cancellations: Our Commitment to QualityAt Aileron, we take pride in being a small company with a strong commitment to craftsmanship. Our products are not mass-produced; instead, they are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisan bookbinders who pour their expertise and creativity into every piece. This dedication to creating personalized and unique items sets us apart but also comes with certain considerations regarding returns and cancellations.
Cancellation Policy:As each of our products is tailor-made to your individual preferences, we typically start the production process shortly after your order is placed. For this reason, we kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully. Once the production process has begun, cancellations may not always be possible. However, we are here to assist you to the best of our ability, and we encourage you to get in touch with our customer support team as soon as possible should you need to cancel your order.

Returns and Refunds:We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may find it necessary to return a product. Due to the personalized and unique nature of our handcrafted items, returns can be challenging. When a product is personalized, it becomes non-recyclable, non-reusable, and not resellable. Therefore, we may not be able to accept returns for personalized items unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If your product does not meet our quality standards or arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us promptly, and we will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
For non-personalized items, we may be able to accept returns under specific conditions.

For any returned faulty items, we will refund the cost of the shipping in addition to the cost of your Log Book once the item is received and the condition verified by our Customer Support team.
